On Monday Apple updated its system beta information, announcing the availability of macOS Sierra 10.12.5 beta 2, iOS 10.3.2 beta 2, watchOS 3.2.2 beta 2 and tvOS 10.2.1 beta 2 for developer. Seeded after nearly two weeks when the first beta was released, the macOS Sierra 10.12.5 beta 2 can be downloaded through the Apple Developer Center or via the Software Update mechanism in the Mac App Store.

The latest update “improves the stability, compatibility and security of your Mac”, according to the information coming with the release of macOS Sierra 10.12.5 beta 2. As Apple rarely introduce the new added features or enhanced functions, it is not clear yet what vulnerabilities are fixed or what features are improved in the second beta.

The first beta for developers seems to have not included any notable feature. We may dig through to find any new changes in the second macOS Sierra 10.12.5 beta. Developers and public beta testers can head over to the Updates tab in App Store app to get the new build of macOS 10.12.5. For those who are interested in testing out the new build of macOS, they can register their Apple ID accounts for the macOS Sierra public beta, and then enroll their Macs in the macOS Sierra public beta.

Apple typically does not provide release notes for betas. The iOS 10.3.2 beta 2, as a minor update, is more likely to focus on some bug fixes and improvements. Previously Apple said it would fix the SiriKit auto instructions in iOS 10.3.2. To install the beta, testers can head to the Settings > General > Software Update to find available update. If you want to install betas over the air, an appropriate configuration profile can be downloaded and installed through Apple’s portal for developers.

Meanwhile, tvOS 10.2.2 and watchOS 3.2.2 beta 2 are available for testers as well. TvOS 10.2.2 mainly supports Apple TV 4G. To update the watchOS 3.2.2 qualified testers can tap My Watch > Genral > Software Update in the Watch app. During the installation Apple Watch is required to have more than 50% battery, to be placed on the charger and also in range of a paired iPhone which is running iOS 10 or later.
